It’s for Blanche and the whole Governor’s School crew. It’s for kids like us who just want to play music and have a good time and not be bummed about anything. This album is for our friends. It’s for Nashville and all the people who make this weird city great. This album is for the ridge where summer ends, for the silent kids, for the children of the night, and for waiting, waiting where. It’s for Sean Smith for dealing with us and making us sound decent, without ever complaining about giving up his free time to help us out.
